Whether you wish to avoid the possibility of missing a delivery or simply want to pick your goods up while running errands, retrieving your order from your nearest Lightplan showroom couldn’t be easier.
Simply select the ‘click and collect’ option at checkout, choose your preferred showroom, and the Lightplan team will notify you the moment your items are ready for collection.
Your order will be available for collection within the same time frame indicated for delivery on the product page, ensuring a seamless experience.
Please note that choosing click-and-collect does not expedite the delivery timeline.
For instance, if the product page states a delivery timeframe of 7 to 10 days, you can expect your selected item to be ready for collection at your chosen Lightplan showroom within that same period.
Lightplan requires both proof of identification (Such as a driver’s licence or passport) and the collection reference included in your confirmation email.
If you have not received a collection reference, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Yes, all of our showrooms are equipped with on-site parking facilities.

Just head to the counter and tell the Lightplan team you’ve arrived to pick up an order.
Regrettably, we are unable to transfer your items to a different showroom once they have been received. This policy ensures the efficient management of our inventory and resources.
