From new builds to whole-house renovation
Working from plans on a new build, full renovation, or barn conversion. This is when architectural lighting design has its greatest impact — designing every circuit, zone, and control point before a single wall is built or closed.
Mid-renovation
Walls are open and first fix is approaching. We’ll work alongside your contractor to lock in the right lighting infrastructure before the walls close — circuits, zones, and controls designed properly before it’s too late.
Interior refresh
Updating an existing interior without structural work. A considered residential lighting scheme — new fittings, refined zones, the right colour temperatures — can transform how a room looks and feels.

From design to delivery — we manage the whole process.
Once your lighting scheme is finalised, we stay with the project through to completion. We coordinate directly with your electrician, visit site at key stages, and make sure every detail of the design is installed exactly as specified.
Initial site assessment
We visit at the start of every project to assess the space, understand the architecture, and talk through your brief in person before a single line is drawn.
Qualified, trusted electricians
We work with a vetted network of experienced electricians who understand how to deliver a Lightplan scheme to specification — first fix, second fix, and beyond.
Full project management
We coordinate between client, architect, contractor, and electrician throughout the build so the lighting is never an afterthought or a last-minute problem to solve.
Regular progress updates
You’ll be kept informed at every stage — from first fix through to final handover — so there are no surprises and no gaps in communication.
