Checkout as a new customer
Creating an account has many benefits:
Lightplan ensures peace of mind for our customers by offering complete transparency regarding deliveries. We use a combination of Parcelforce and our own fleet of vehicles to ensure you receive the fixtures you need.
You will be notified which shipping method has been used and the relevant tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
To track your Parcelforce order, simply visit their website and enter the tracking number you were provided in the shipping confirmation email.
They will then let you know where the parcel is in the shipping process (Dispatched, at the delivery depot, out for delivery, etc). Please be advised, however, that tracking information is not available until approximately 8pm of the day of despatch.
